Abstract
The intersessional group on the Development of a Compliance Evaluation procedure has agreed to a body of work, including a workshop to be held concurrently with WG-EMM in 2009. The group seek endorsement from the Commission of the proposed work plan and seeks approval for funding for the workshop.
