Abstract
The total amount of notification for krill fisheries was larger than the trigger level in recent years, excluding 2009/10 fishing season. In contrast, the reported catch has remained about 100,000 tons. To address this discrepancy between notified amount and actual catch, Japan proposes to revise Conservation Measure 21-03 (2008), as well as to have an agreement regarding the minor revision of the calculation formula for Members’ financial contributions.
